More InformationThis two-day event brings together NBIC’s academic and industrial communities to showcase cutting-edge biofilm research, innovation and translation across our four interventional themes: Prevent, Detect, Manage and Engineer (PDME). Day 1 (6 July) – Industry and Innovation Day is designed specifically for our industry colleagues and external stakeholders. This day will focus on: How NBIC has supported companies through collaborative research Successful partnerships with students and researchers Product development, spin-outs and service innovations Opportunities for future collaboration and engagement Day 2 (7 July) – Research Summit provides a unique opportunity to discover emerging biofilm research, engage with early‑career talent, and explore areas of potential collaboration within the PDME themes. The programme will include industry-led case studies, presentations highlighting translational impact, and dedicated networking opportunities with NBIC researchers, students and members of our Non-Executive, Industrial Advisory and International Scientific Advisory Boards.
