The University is closed for Winter Closure from Thursday 25th December 2025-Monday 5th January 2026.  No orders will be processed during this time.

We aim to process your order within 30 working days, pre-2005 orders may take up to 40 working days. As these are personalised documents, all orders are final.

Please also note that the Exams & Awards Team will be largely out of office 5-23 January prioritising delivery of the Semester 1 Exam Period: 12-23 January 2026. We anticipate some delay in our non-event tasks during this time period.
