RYA Marine Radio Short Range Certificate (VHF) Course (Online)DescriptionThis course is designed which enables study at your own rate online. An online course for anyone who operates a fixed or handheld marine VHF radio in UK waters or on board a UK flagged vessel. This course is an online version of the SRC/VHF course offered by Sport and Wellbeing in partnership with RYA Interactive. Upon completion of the course you will need to complete the online exam and then contact us to book a practical exam as well as pay a further £70 exam fee direct to the RYA. RYA Professional Practices and Responsibilities (PPR) Course (Online)DescriptionThis course is designed to be studied at your own rate online If you wish to become a commercial skipper and commercially endorse your Level 2 powerboat certificate or your Advanced powerboat qualification following your Advanced exam you need to be able to show that you are aware of your duties as a skipper. This online course created by the RYA and supported by Sport and Wellbeing staff can help you learn of these responsibilities and give you an understanding of which documents you need to refer to, to ensure that you are operating within the limits of the vessel and crew. At the end of this course there is an assessment to confirm your understanding. Successful completion of the examination will allow you to print out a pass certificate to submit with your other documentation so that you may become commercially endorsed.
