Re-delivery of your documents by DHL Tracked (International Only) or Royal Mail Standard (UK Only)

Please note that you can only order this product within 12 months of your award date. Your award date is the date on the subject line of the "You have been awarded" you would have received.

If over 12 months have passed, you will need to purchase one of the "Replacement Certificate" products instead.

If you had paid for courier originally please contact us at studenthub@soton.ac.uk  with the UOS order number, for our support in tracking your certificate.

Payment using the Online Store can only be completed via Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.  AMEX is not accepted.
