Cancellation Policy

  • Application deadline (with full payment):  15 March 2026
  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before 15 April 2026.
  • A £1200 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received between 15 April and 30 June 2026.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 June 2026.  

Please note: This course is subject to a minimum number of participants. If the required numbers are not reached, the course may not proceed. In that case, all payments will be fully refunded.

This Responsible AI Workshop, delivered in collaboration between University of Southampton Business School (USBS) and Business in the Community (BITC), brings together leading academics and industry experts to explore how Responsible AI principles can be operationalised across business functions.

Our USBS academic speakers will address Responsible AI in:

  • Leadership
  • Innovation
  • Strategy
  • Finance

Our industry speakers will be introducing BITC’s Responsible AI Framework and responsible AI practices in complex organisations.

The workshop will conclude with a cross-sector panel discussion featuring two academic and two industry leaders, offering practical insights into entrepreneurship, implementation challenges, and future directions.

This event is designed to move beyond theory, equipping organisations with frameworks, questions, and tools to embed Responsible AI into strategy and practice.

Lunch and refreshments are included in a £29 attendance fee.
