This shows your academic achievement for all years of attendance. This is specifically for your Transcript to be sent directly to Third-Party Organisations/Institutions. 

A PDF copy will be emailed directly to your chosen third-party email address.

Please note that you can only order this product if you require another copy of your Transcript following the automated Transcript that you received after a Semester Marks Release.

Transcripts are semesterised. Marks are masked from day one of the exam period through to Marks Release each semester. Therefore, if you submit a request between the first day of the exam period and the marks release date, your order will be held and processed as from the Marks Release date. Any Service Level Agreement will begin from the Marks Release date; your order will not pre-empt the availability of your semesterised data.

Please note that orders will be processed based on date of receipt.

The dates for the 2025/26 academic year are as follows:

• Supplementary Marks Release – 18 September 2025
• Semester 1 Marks Release – 19 February 2026
• Semester 2 Marks Release – 25 June 2026
