Award PackagesAvailable to graduates of the University of Southampton. Everything you need to apply to most government organisations, universities, and future or current employers. The options of packages are:-
Each package contains an Award Letter, Diploma Supplement or transcript and a Certified copy of your Degree Certificate. All packages will be sent by courier direct to organisations, universities or employers you specify. Please note that the Courier Service we use do not sent to addresses with P.O. Boxes. Award Confirmation PackageDescriptionEverything you need to confirm your award, accepted by most organisations, universities and employers. Please note you will need to purchase one package for each awarded degree. The pack contains: Confirmation of award letter, a final transcript* and a certified photocopy of your degree certificate.
A pdf copy will be emailed to you. A note for 22 April 2024 Awardees: Please do not order and pay for any award document products from our online store. Paying for a digital copy will not mean you will receive a digital document any earlier. We are aiming for your digital award documents to be sent by no later than 06 May 2024. Your physical documents will be sent by no later than 10 May 2024. Online Store accounts are not automatically created for you. Hellenic NARIC PackageDescriptionThis pack is accepted by the Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Centre. This contains a certified photocopy of your degree certificate, a confirmation of award letter and a final transcript* - sent directly to the NARIC email address that you have provided us with.
We will send a scanned copy of your documents to your email address as standard. Online Store accounts are not automatically created for you. WES Registration PackageDescriptionThis pack is accepted by World Education Services (WES) in New York(USA) and Canada. This pack contains: Confirmation of award letter, a final transcript* and a certified photocopy of your degree certificate, emailed directly to WES.
