Over 12 weeks, participants engage in a blend of online and face-to-face sessions delivered by expert faculty.

The programme covers key areas including strategy, innovation, digital adoption, marketing, employee engagement, and financial management. Each participant benefits from ten hours of personalised one-to-one mentoring and valuable peer networking, culminating in the development of a tailored Growth Action Plan.

The course is 90% government funded, costing only £750 — and at Southampton Business School, the £750 fee is fully refunded for participants who successfully complete the programme.
