Description

AUV2026 continues a series of symposia focusing on the emerging technologies for AUVs, ASVs, underwater gliders, and Lagrangian floats and their applications. 

The following core topics will be presented and discussed during the Symposium: 

  • Vehicle design  
  • Planning and control  
  • Navigation & sensing  
  • Operations, communication & data management  
  • Science and industrial applications

The standard registration fee will include:

  • Digital proceedings of papers
  • Lunches and light refreshments
  • An evening public panel session and drinks reception at Southampton City Art Gallery on Tuesday 1 September  (spaces are limited)
  • Gala Dinner at the HMS Warrior, Portsmouth on Wednesday 2 September
  • Coach travel is included in the registration for both events on 1 and 2 September
  • A limited number of places for accompanying guests is available to join the Gala Dinner on Wednesday 2 September 2026
