• Recruitment Agency - £700 + VAT
• Large Graduate Recruiter - £500 + VAT (More than 250 staff and greater than £50 million turnover
• Small and Medium Enterprise - £300 + VAT (250 or fewer staff and less than £50 million turnover)
• Non-profit/ Professional Body/ Education Provider/ New Micro Business/ Start Up - £150 + VAT (Fewer than 10 employees and started trading less than 2 years ago)
• Charity - £50 + VAT

Cancellations and refunds

The Licensor reserves the right to cancel the Event or service at its sole discretion at any time prior to the date for providing that event or service. Where such a cancellation takes place, the Licensor will notify you in writing by email of that cancellation and shall either offer you a place on an alternative event or refund you the amount paid in respect of that order.

The Licensee may cancel their participation in the Event in writing to [email protected].  A cancellation is deemed to take effect on receipt of the cancellation email and a response will be sent by the Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise team.

• If bookings are made more than 30 days in advance of the Fair Events, services may be cancelled by you without charge.
• If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event, cancellations will be liable for the full amount of charges, including VAT.
• If the company fails to attend the event without cancelling its booking, the company will be charged in full.
• If a booking is made less than 30 days in advance of the fair and cancelled after confirmation of a place on the event, the client will be liable for the full amount of charges, including VAT.

The Licensor shall assume no liability whatsoever should an event be cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this event impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: fire, labour strike, protest, bomb alert, building evacuation, weather conditions or other emergency.

The Licensor reserves the right to cancel any bookings for the Event where such cancellation arises due directly or indirectly to any event or circumstance beyond the University’s reasonable control, including without limitation: fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or Acts of God, acts of war, epidemic or pandemic, terrorism, riots, malicious damage, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, strikes or lockouts, court orders, police orders or third party failure or non-performance and accepts no liability for any inconvenience or loss caused to the Organisation in consequence of such cancellation
